main singer of a rock group but I am happy that I can paint and write....but it would be so much fun to be able to sing excellently to crowds of people
A travel writer, a farmer (on a small scale, not on a big industrial farm), maybe a park ranger One idea I've seriously entertained is teaching people in low income areas how to eat healthy on a budget. In reality it will probably be something I do on a volunteer basis one day but I would love to get paid for it.
Computer programmer, proficient in all languages from the lowest assembly up to the highest level languages and well versed in all aspects of computer science and hardware design and network security expert/sys admin ... Also fluent in all telecom standards/protocols ... a real certified phreaker XD Ideally I would have been in this profession since the mid to late '60s but be immortal
I actually have my dream job but doing it on a bigger scale would be awesome. I'm a hairstylist. I would love to be a color educator which is a totally achievable dream. I just need the motivation to do it.
I would work for the company that makes the color line that I use. I would go around to different salons and schools and teach them about hair color. It's actually much more difficult than picking a box off a shelf and doing the pour and pray on your hair. Pour it on and pray for decent results Hair color is my favorite thing to do. I've actually been in talks with the color company in the past about being an educator. I just need to decide if I'm willing to commit to all of the education it will take to become an educator. It's more about the money it will cost me to get started. I'm self employed so all of that is out of my pocket. It would be a 2nd job on top of my full time job.
i'd have to go with baseball player. as far as sports go, it's pretty easy on the body, and i could spend 3 years at it and retire with more riches than i would ever need. i also wouldn't have that annoying celebrity bullshit to deal with like movie stars, or even athletes in more popular sports. seems like the best way to get yourself set up for a more than comfortable life with minimal downside. besides gambling or inheritance of course, but i don't really count either of those as a profession. i assume she read some poetry...
I dunno if it pays at all but if it did pay well I'd be one of those dudes waving flags at the races.
^ Haha that's so cute! I'm currently studying for my "dream profession", which is a highschool English teacher + writer + volunteer in my holidays and in my spare time (overseas mostly). I tossed and turned over studying English or Aid and Development, and decided on both. I'm really happy with what I'm going to be doing. Life is way too short to be stuck in a job you hate 8 hours a day 5 days a week.. I understand sometimes situations don't lend themselves for first choice or whatever may be, but if there is choice, go with what you love.
