You seem to be forgetting that the majority of people in the world are perfectly happy to live in ignorance. They found their lives around it, and they don't need you to go taking it away by force.

Yep, not everyone is entirley comfortable with the force with which LSD forces your imagination to explore itself both outwardly and internally, confined to it's own existance, while also being limitless in it's ability to bend and reshape any thought possible into an infinite amount of different perceptions and perspectives. Also, some people are so concentrated on satisfying the hungers of the basic human selfish desires of instant gratification that they feel they may lose the ability to comfort themselves when so used to being papmered by their own judgements and simple, self gratifying rationizations that use to basically, well, be able to live with themselves and get sleep at night ;)

Those people are boring and dull and need to expand their horizons......maybe even have their horizons forcefully expanded with a "psychedelic mickie", so to speak. They will appreciate what has been done for them, even if only after the experience is through. Even a bad trip can bring you to some wonderful and helpful realizations, sometimes even moreso than good trips.

True, but there are plenty of people though that I am sure are so wrapped up into their own ego that they would blow off a psychedelic trip and get nothing out of it on purpose, shutting it out of their mind and memory like a child does when they suffer a traumatic experience. People who are just as religous and set in the beleif that tripping is not natural and takes away from you the ability to rationalize your actions and remain a "normie", just as we are so set in the beleif that LSD produce some of the most powerful and wonderful memories and life altering moments that anyone who would just open their mind and felt love and pure happiness would never go back to the former state of mind that I referred to.

That's true. I guess some people are too stubborn to fuck with.

Sex is great also, it would be sad for someone to live their whole life in ignorance of sex. But does that mean we should force everybody who says no? Of course not.
Same goes for anything fun, diving underwater is awesome but not when you are being forced or when you didn't expect it.
Don't fuck with other people, man. Just don't. You wouldn't like to find out someone had drugged your mother with some random drug simply because they liked it and she said she didn't want any. That is not a good enough reason to do anything.

You evolved the gift of language to be able to express your ideas to others, try using it, we're not cavemen. If you can't get someone to see your view using that gift then just walk away and accept that you tried. Learn more and think about why they couldn't understand what you were explaining.. then try again another day.

Drugging someone without their knowledge, no matter how fine your intentions are, is cowardly, pathetic, selfish and most of all dangerous. You have tried LSD, you know how wonderful and powerful this drug is.. don't ruin it for other people by dumping it on them unprepared, don't force an experience that could have been beautiful for them into an experience that might end up terrifying.

I agree with the idea that its just mean, etc. to push LSD onto somebody. To those of you who advocated doing so, I can say that while your intent was okay, keep in mind that it isn't your body to fuck with. I don't decide what drugs to put in you or feel that my jurisdiction is such that I can make better choices than you. Even if I wholeheartedly disagree with a person on a matter I don't act that out with authoritative responses.

Also, as I pointed out, it would be completely ironic to make that response in this case, and because of that, don't expect to make a DIFFERENCE when you fight fire with fire rather than try to really change people. Teach a man to fish...

i have friends that act the same exact way. i've never done acid, but i've done other things and they critisize me for it because they don't do stuff like that. they make comments about it to me all the time. and i was trying to tell them how awesome mushrooms are and they just block me out completely and don't listen. i don't get angry though, cause they will probably never experience something that fun in their lives. i feel lucky actually. lol
