I cannot stand working on Reservations.

and the hoopa res is fucking sweet... not all reservations are the same

 

Nope. But I've been on plenty for lengthy periods of time, and I only go back because they pay me.

I've been in fights, had our work trucks tires slashed, threatened with guns. This is always after the Band hires us to do some job they can't do for themselves. These are all outside the problems of stray dogs, run down buildings, garbage everywhere. Bleh.

Of course, I'm friends with and have worked with plenty of natives; the Reservation system just tends to bring out the worst in people.

 

yeah i do agree with those things. luckily the forestry building has a huge barbed wire fence around it. people still get in though and fuck w/ the gas lines in the trucks

 

I don't mass produce, but i do farm the occasional ringtail, along with squirrels and gheckos

I make the best homemade hotdogs

 

You sure look happy. You're having fun and building your career. What could be better?
