    What prompted the move?

I don't really have a home. This is where I feel I belong, though:

    Precisely.

Maybe it's because I moved around so much when I was a kid. Getting emotionally attached to a damn house is stupid.

I plan to move out of my folks' place in about a year or so.

    That looks nice.

My dad offered to take me and the fam in. Gonna park a 27 foot trailer along side his garage for private sleeping quarters and he said we can stay and save money. Plus, if I'm close to him where he can make sure I'm not fucking up in life he's more apt to help me financially since he wont have to go so far to collect his money. haha

    What is that place anyway?

I was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland.

But to be honest I think of Thailand as my home. I'm a very transient being and I rarely have trouble making a place feel like home.

I guess if I had to leave Thailand tomorrow though, the first place that would pop into my mind to go to would be London, becauuse of contacts there, and the ease of finding a job.

I suppose I could say that apart from here in Ubon, London probably feels like home the most, although I haven't even visited there for over 5 years now.

I have called many places home over the past 12 years.

My home is right here. I am not a traveling type, unless it's vacation, and even then, I like to get home.

You can't just go around stating things as though they were fact...back it up with research...

Home for me is San Diego. Heaven would be living in San Diego with Andy, but that won't happen.
We're hoping to make the Bay area our home after Andy retires,in ten years, as he has close friends there, would be close to where he wants to go to brewing school and they have a huge arts sector where I could sell my products.

You're going to love it! Seattle's really mellow and the weed is awesome. The schools public schools are great too (I've heard). How do you feel about leaving your job?
We're moving and I can't wait to leave mine.

home is Boston, more specifically, Southie - i tend to go with the old school southie lifestyle than what the newbies are bringing in...i've seen majority of this country and I don't see myself moving out of this general area ever.

    haha... that's good to hear.

Yea, I hear the schools are great... Adam and his brother seem to have gotten a good education out there, and his Dad is freaking awesome. :)

I'm not happy about leaving my job, I've been here a year tomorrow and have gotten myself very well established here and a couple of promotions have been offered up... it sucks in Indiana though... so, they bad weighs out the good unfortunately.
