Um. if the OP were in the united states, he would have clear grounds to sue, and the corporation would know it. Y'see, when you pay money for a certificate (or a degree at a college), you are in fact making an implied contract, and if they renig on their end of the deal then you are either due A) a shot at the certificate, B) your money back or C) all of the above.
I don't know why people are always shitting on the suing other people thing, sometimes people or corporations do stuff that is clearly illegal that in turn financially hurts someone.
If you want your money back, what's wrong with suing their asses?
