I'm into tattoo's.... But not on animals....

I have owned horses with BLM Identification tats on there necks but that was to protect them and myself but to put a tat on a house pet is upsurd.
People like that should not be aloud to have pets or children.

 

This is animal cruelty in every sense of the phrase and whoever did this to that poor creature will eventually be brought to justice either here on earth or in the special hell they will be condemned to for their wanton act.
