Yooo Melt. I saw a review of your book and it looks pretty cool, but when can we buy it? I'm in the UK and it's on Amazon, but I was told it's not ready for release yet. I seriously want to buy it, or maybe have it got for me for Xmas

Also do you think that anybody can learn to meditate? I have a slgiht ADD thing that makes it hard for me to do stuff sometimes and your book says it can help maybe calm me down and let me concentrate better. What do you think? If I try should I do it on my meds or straight?

Well, the website they're selling it from is still under construction, and even though the book's been finished for 4 months now, Amazon aren't allowed to have it to sell until the publishers can sell it too. So, as far as I can gather the site will be open before Xmas.

On your other question; Yes, I do think that anyone can learn to meditate. When I first started out I was always busy and not the kind of person who could just sit and chill when I wanted too. It took me a few days to get used to it, but once I was doing it regularly it got a lot easier very quickly and I found that I could use it to switch off any time I had a couple of minutes to spare, instead of looking for more work like I would normally have done.

My sister has ADD (bad when she was younger, she's more in control of it now she's in her late twenties) and it helped her learn to focus and actually put her grades up. I'm not saying it's a cure, but it certainly helped. She did it on med's at first and it didn't seem to affect her badly in any way except that she found it much harder to concentrate first thing about an hour after taking the tabs, but nowadays she's off them and just practises 'straight'. I'd say try it on meds for six months, see if you're feeling any different, then maybe talk to your doctor if you think it's helped you enough to come off them.

Interesting question though, never been asked that before!:)
