I say "I'm sorry" like its a nervous tick. "sorry" is probably one of my most overused words. I apologize for shit that I know isn't my fault, and when I am really not sorry. I don't think it makes me the bigger person, I think it is actually OCD LOL
No, it's not hard for me to apologize. I take the role of being the bigger person quite easily, because I realize that some people are stubborn as heck and just won't do it even when they really should, so I might as well be the stronger one because I hate tension or conflict between people I care about. Life's too short.
I don't apologise unless I'm wrong and then I generally do it quite easily. I've had quite a bit of practise.
Sometimes it is better to apologise even if you aren't wrong. Example, i use to work in a kitchen and my boss occassionaly would go off at me for something the other staff did, i'd just apologise, because time was constrained and it was easier on everyone.
it's not hard to apologize when I know I've wronged someone, it just takes awhile for me to cool down and see the Forrest from the trees but I surely always come around...
it's not too hard for me to apologize. my husband on the other hand, is too proud and stubborn to admit when he's wrong.
