Well religon was to me being made to go ot church until recnetly nad having a priest telling me what it was. So what is religon then?

I don't really care, at least not on any deep level, what others believe/practise. If it does no harm and you aren't using it as justification to be obnoxious that's fine with me.
Just find it facinating to watch/listen to religious debates. It is such an integral part of human nature.

Strictly for the poll I voted 'religious', seemed to fit best. Though I could argue in favour of any of the other options applying.
After much thought and searching I've come to realise paganism and Buddhisim (in some strange combo) are most closely alinged with my world view and ethics. There's some comfort in having that understanding and the sense of community with others. Not that I necessarily practise much.

Don't have much truck with organised religion, am still pissed about having been baptised as baby (into Christianity of all things). Really not cut out for Christianity, any attempt to change my mind will fail. Though fair play if it works for others.

Even so it really gets me when people start claiming, in some way, that they are right and everyone else is wrong/stupid/deluded or whatever.

You can only say what is right for you, and keep an open mind. The beliefs of others are a valid and strong to them as yours are to you.
Treat others as you wish to be treated.

 

Well it certianly was leading the poepel of venzuela straight to hell. When bus prices go up 600%, theres no jobs and yourruled by an oligarchy that sounds like hell or going there anyway.
