I am now seriously thinking about getting this and hanging it up next to my hr giger paintings.

 

I think it's partly a self portrait of the lady herself - one of her best pictures anyway.

Apparently those head stones are actually buried into the ground a long ways, all you see are their heads, but they have bodies too.
