Iowa breaks down to, Idiots Out Wondering Around. It has them ALL. Where I live, There is a guy who has had 20+ owi/dui's. Only 4-5 under new law of three and felony. So instead of driving a registered vehicles now, He drives his tractor or lawnmower around town. Nothing they can do unless he 'drunk' again.

My neighbor will shoot random things and or just to shoot. Its not legal, But our town is in a state forest so its not un common from all the Rambo deer hunters. Hes a bit of an odd duck, But nice kid and I know his parents and his dad stops by a lot to shoot the shit.

Summer time comes, The first few warm days are the worst in my area. Everyone parties, Drive around with a couple cases of beer, From driveway to driveway talking to everyone.
Horse shoe pits get groomed and fights break out. If im tuning my quad and turning a few laps in my yard, They will come a watch me go in a circle aimlessly until out of beer/whiskey or I shut up the shop.

It really all depends on what you can take and what you like to do as well. I don't mind the drinkers and rowdy parties, For the fact they don't mind me turning laps filling the neighborhood full of dust when the moisture blows off.
Only thing I find myself in is, When they get a bit drunk, I have to go calm them down. They know I don't drink, I carry a firearm, And I don't take shit from no person. I was told by my neighbors sister, 'Better me than the sheriff, I fix the problem(s) and don't write tickets' lol.
But as it goes they calm down and very rarely a problem. Its when they get that fresh air and a group gathers early.
