I Thought From Reading Your Posts, You Would Have Been About 10yrs Older........ Nice Pic..... Cheers Glen.
So much hate over these peaceful, loving religions; and the pertanant peaceful, loving vows that call for the peaceful, loving sacrafice of yearling lambs.
control is an illusion, whatever we try to control, we seperate from ourselves. whatever we try to fix, we ruin. we=1
You are pathetic. You are very nearly threatening physical violence because you don't like an opinion expressed on the internet. Hypothetically, if you hit someone because of an opinion, they would be making no greater leap if they where to burn your house to the ground while you slept. In fact they would be more justified than you. So basically: reach up your ass, pull your head out, and stop associating your sorry failure of beliefs and self control with a group who try to do good.
LOL DonBK way to dodge my polygamy and seafood comments Go off and cheat on your wife more, you creep
And another thing DON BK Allah Akbar: Meaning; nothing is greater than Allah. Including Haile Selassie. Great respect is due for Haile, but Rasta reveres his name far too much.
Hmm, what an interesting analogy for what has happened in this thread. Bunch of e-thugin', high strung, mutha truckas...
i have had my dreads for over a year, i have never had to seperate, one in front on my bangs has actually gotten thinner as it has grown so it really alldepends on your hair
in reference to your meat-eating/polygamy comment: how is you making a negative generalization about rasta any different than us making a negative generalization about christians? your argument has no holding. the decision of the district judge is affirmed.:smash:
Ahoy Peeps on the Forum … I went over the top in the last post, I was wrong and I feel terrible for what I said Nattyfredlocks, I had no idea that you were just a kid, it explains your reactions and behaviour … but at the same time your consistent name calling eventually got under my skin, it was late and I lost my cool … maybe it’s just where I come form, peeps don’t speak to each other the way you have been speaking to me, unless it’s really going down … … whatever, no excuses, I’m sorry for what I said in the last post The other thing I will apologise for is assuming, in the beginning, that you had a wider knowledge base regarding the things you originally commented on … … however, try to comprehend that what is happening where you live, is completely different to where I come from … Christianity, Islam, Judaism … religions ... are viewed by many Africans as imposing and destructive to African culture and Identity In terms of your comments relating to Rasta, if someone is Rasta in Africa, then they follow the Vow very strictly. I’ve met Rasta, from all over the continent, literally, and this is one thing that I know … obviously no one can account for individuals, but for Rasta to eat any meat, seafood, anything, is madness … in fact Rasta don’t even regard dairy and eggs as ital food … it’s the issue of blood. The other thing you seem stuck on is the polygamy issue. When you say things implying that I cheat on my Queen, it’s totally out of order. I have been with her since ’95 and I have never been unfaithful … I’m 100% Loyal to her. Something you should maybe read up on is the differences between the Rasta Mansions, because saying Rasta in itself is actually generalised. If you read more, you’ll find that that it’s only the Twelve Tribes, following from Jacob / Israel, that advocate polygamy and it has a lot to do with spreading particular blood linages … Bobo Ashanti don’t advocate polygamy, in the same way as Yeshua / Jesus didn’t either. Then there is the Nyabinghi, who unlike the other two Mansions that grew from Jamaica several decades ago, is from Africa, before the Earthday of H.I.M. … Uganda / Rwanda being the birth place. Nyabinghi, which is my focus, in no way promotes polygamy, H.I.M. is no polygamist, Power of the Trinity requires a scared and equal union between Man and Woman … as every King and Queen reside in Zion. What some Rasta that aren’t from Africa get up to is beyond reason, to the extent that African Rasta like the Sackcloth don’t even recognise their styles … but these are all in house and in the family issues … all I’m saying is that in Itiopia, polygamy, meat … the player, thug, gangster nonsense lifestyle that is heard about, is Nah Rasta … that’s Rude Boy with a Rasta appearance At the same time Nyabinghi in no way promotes Hippie love … it’s a daily struggle for African emancipation, which battles everyday with ongoing issues that started when the first hostiles invaded Africa, Itiopia. Between Nyabinghi, focusing on the Queen, and the Ethipian Coptic Church, focusing on the King, lies the identity of African Rasta, and for Rasta, the identity of African people … following that this is the true face of all people. The large majority of African peeps were not taken from their continent and put on slave boats, Rasta who are on the African continent are where the African issues drain a person’s spirit every day. So ‘I and I’ strive every day to continue the works of His Majesty; which supersedes how long one’s locs are, or whether one even grows ‘em. My focus is Agricultural / Land Reform, African Trade and Natural Resource Management. I’ve seen things that will drop anybody’s jaw, so for sure, I get very serious about what is happening in the Khaya, and impatient, and worked up … particularly since I moved to London, the West, I have never been so frustrated in my life … I have never come across so many peeps that do so little for anybody but themselves. So the third thing I want to apologise for, and this is for the peeps on this forum in general, there are times when I have vented and with that comes the anti-Colonial perspective that I hold, which on many occasions has probably come across as … umm, obnoxious I guess, dunno, I’m sure there are better words … but ja, I’m sorry to whoever I have p’d off But this is what I won’t apologise for, and this is in all sincerity Being Anti-Religious … At the pinnacle of all the problems in Africa, the problems that require an ongoing tedious ‘chipping away at the wall’ approach is an ongoing process of foreign invasion that brings with its religious ideologies, Christianity being a big one … in a way that as one wall is finally broken down another has already been built … it’s like one step forward, two steps backwards. Rebuilding Africa requires restoring African identity … it’s crucial, actually it’s critical and every time a religion is rammed down the throat of African peeps, it makes this end goal even more difficult than it already is Being Anti-Meat and Anti-Alcohol… yes, consuming alcohol and meat is part of the vow, but one pint of beer requires 6 – 8 littres of water, the meat thing too, yeah, I sound like a fanatic sometimes, but just a burger uses 8 – 10 litres … and who’s water is being used for it, who’s resources, like arable land, gets used so others around the world can eat junk food and throw it up with alcohol after they have had too much … …of course, it’s the developing countries that pick up the tab. Considering that the majority of agricultural resources, like land and water, get used to produce cereals to feed livestock, I think it’s safe to say that together with alcohol, these are environmental issues As the world moves on, there are some peeps in Africa that are moving on with it, living a normal life, with the average luxuries and opportunities that come along the way … but for many, many peeps, life is so … actually words cannot describe the level of poverty going on, but these are peeps that are being left behind, like excess baggage that just gets dumped. Anyway, that’s me, I’m not perfect, everyone’s patience has a limit … but ja, what more can I say, other than maybe it’s time to time out from the forum. Unfortunately a lot of what I post gets misunderstood; I’m probably a terrible E-communicator. Until the day that we meet … Take It Eas’ Everyone Jah Live … Give Thanks And Praises To The Most High!
I appreciate your sincerity in this post Don BK. I'd like to start out saying that I understand that Rasta has different sects with different rules. At the same time, so does Christianity. Perhaps unlike Rasta though, there is a big evil in Christianity's core that gets associated with every single member. The Vatican has more than enough money to help Africa, but they don't. This is because they don't care. They are too busy helping the Queen with her tyrannical monarchy over the UK. Believe it or not, but the Vatican is a large component to pushing the return of Dajjal/AntiYeshua/AntiAlMahdi/AntiJehovah/AntiAllah whatever you want to call him the evil one. His materialization requires A LOT of negative energy to be harnessed and this is done mostly by Ashkenazi Jews who have fallen astray LONG ago into Luciferianism. Again, every Christian carries the baggage of evil men who have tried to manipulate an otherwise righteous religion that sincere members follow a righteous path. In my eyes, any Christian who lives their lives in the name of Allah, and wants to better themselves and their brothers and sister... they are on a righteous path and don't deserve all the flack that the world is so eager to hand out. But then again this is because the world is moving towards Secularism for the Second Coming of the great evil. About polygamy; I can see that some groups want to spread their blood... but that doesn't make an excuse to cheat in my eyes. That's no better than what the Royal Families have done since Ancient Egypt through todays United Kingdom[Incest to keep all the money/power in the family] Anyways, Don BK you might not like Christianity, Islam, or Judaism but I find no reason to have discourse between the Brothers and Sisters of our Lord. In the end, we'll need each other to fight along side by side.
The Queen has relatively no say in our country's affairs. The royal family are merely a tradition they are far from tyrannical.
