Info on my precious lost kitty?

Reposted my ad on Craigslist last week. Got an email almost immediately with a very promising description, but it wasn't her. Very sweet cat, though, and they told us that it would be another couple of days and we could adopt her if we wanted... I don't think Eric could do it, though. He doesn't want another one that would remind him so much of her.
I did my cards again. A few times actually. Water is coming up a lot, as well as something about her turning up in the spring. I got two different cards that said that twice in a row. Dare I hope again?

Her turning up in the spring would make sense, because her lucky paw is arthritic in the cold and she spends much of the winter indoors, so she'll probably adopt someone for the winter months. I just hope she meets good people... I should do another protection spell...
The water thing is weird, because we all keep having dreams about her where her fur is wet. Water has come up in past readings as well. As does the past life card. That one has literally come up almost every other draw. I wonder if anyone around my area does past life regression... I think it might be time.

Thanks. I'm not depressed over it anymore, really. I have moments of mania where I feel like my mind is racing trying to figure out something else I could be doing or somewhere else I haven't thought to look, but for the most part, I'm living my life. I'm not going to lie, though- a sign would be nice.
I did pass that little nugget on to someone yesterday who was posting about how to soothe a broken heart. They seemed to need it more than me.

 

i had a dream last night that my cat,(the one who passed away) came home, and he had a cut on his head and his back, and in my dream i was thinking "Well he came home after about 3 months, so im going to write to firefly to give her some hope that her cat might come back too" .. it was strange!!

 

That's so sweet that you thought of me, but I'm sorry to hear it in a way. It's got to be awful to wake up to the reality of the situation. Maybe it was a goodbye dream? It does sound odd...

 

I realize it is to large an animal to live in this house as a pet. Hope you are well and happy.

 

I always seem to come back this site around the time someone is necroposting in one of my threads, haha. Doing well. Moved to a new house with my old man and my old man cat. Looking into getting a new lady friend for the latter. Since he's the only kitty in the house, he seems to be lonely... putting on weight, waking up and crying in the middle of the night because he's bored and he can't see that it's dark out and everyone is sleeping, wandering around the house like he's lost or something (this is all with a clean bill of health- he's had a few tests run recently and for 17, he's pretty spry). I feel bad for the old guy. He seems to bond readily with the young lady cats, so we're looking for one of those, but NOT a tabby. No kitties than look too much like our little girl. We're not quite ready yet.
