gotta work a 10 to 11 hour shift today.....and my left knee feels kinda fucked up...dont know what happening

get a knee brace.. last thing you need happening while running around for 10-11hrs is for your knee to go out.. can't make that feria stuck at home with a bum knee

 

wont be able to get a knee brace by the time work starts...im stretching my whole lower body which will help, and ill be drinking water all day..so we will see

im not too worried..but right at the knee cap kinda underneath it almost is where i get a little pain

 

just made pancakes from scratch thank you very much....gonna deep fry some zuchinis later......i could use a good batter recipe if any of you gay dudes has one in your apron....

Im filling out some part time job applications.
May have fucked up a chance to hang out with my homegirl who is always down to get freaky Stayed home to help my parents with a couple things which they are now delaying on. I think the girl fell back asleep too

knee brace.. tube sock, cut toe end with scissors, duct tape the rest for comfort.

try this the batter is thick.

1/4 cup of Soya Sauce
1 egg
1 cup of corn starch/flour
1 teaspoon minced garlic
handful of chopped chives.

I always double it.

 

dip zuchini in milk or butter milk.. dip in flour(season with salt/pepper/lawrys).. toss in egg white.. cover in corn meal or panko..

letting the zuchini sit in the freezer for 15-20min after tossing in flour will allow the flour to adhere better to the zuchini and will stick better when tossed in the egg white... another 15min freeze after the corn meal or panko is added will make sure the breading sticks to the zuchini better when fried

 

I think i might get a little bit high tonight. My days of smoking are coming to an end.
