Say what? If courts got it right then Gore would have been our president, not Bush! The methods that you rely on as your 'proof' is false and not proof at all. Only that the evidence 'presented' to court showed no malfeasance. Judges dont come with cystal balls so they can see every detail of a case, if that were the case then we would need no lawyers and PI's etc. But then an expert jewel thief doesnt leave enough evidence to get caught either! Yes the dirty deed was done, the jewel was stolen! Thats how it works in this life of ours See the analogy? ps: Im not affiliated with any side of the aisle
that was a process analogy to better convey the point I was making in post 41 Is Donald Trump right about the media?.
just role the tape. i don't want to see some face telling me what i'm seeing, just get his damd head out of the way. voice over if you must, i can turn the sound off and usually do. and no, i don't take as gospel everything i see either, i just find landscapes and infrastructure more interesting and gratifying to watch. if no one had ever mentioned chump's name, no matter how bad or good, would anyone ever have voted for don panoccio in the furst place? and no i'm not interested in drama or sports either. just trees, trains, computers and little furry creatures. oh and what the weather is going to b like for the next few days, and what all the sireens i hear going by are racing to. stuff going on on the other side of the planet is interesting too, but not more then what the hell is going on outside my door. voting machines, whatever it takes to enable everyone to vote. and yah, if al gore had gotten the nod, we wouldn't be in this crap with wanna be fascists trying to destroy democracy from the ground up. that means loud toys and oath brakars that are don panoccio's brown shirts. and drama is a big part of the problem. it sells to slack jawed knuckle draggers. it doesn't sell to me.
Donald J. Trump is wrong about everything he says. I think that over 30,000 lies uttered during his "presidency " proves that. Takes a lot of talent to lie that much right in front of everyone and a lot of narcissistic gall to keep lying even today!.
yes, but trump is like king cyrus for all the conservatives. they are establishing cults all over the country dude i just got out of one its horrifying
Donald must be the most intelligent idiot on the planet. He knows exactly what is wrong. But when it comes to sorting it out, he is like a whole herd of bulls in the same china shop. Then when he is finished wrecking everything, he moves on to the china shop next door. I would love to meet him, I could have such fun.
This phenomenon predates Trump and is probably as old as media itself. To say Donald Trump is "right" is too suggest he discovered and exposed this truth. Okay. And I'm "right" about gravity
Exactly, only FOX entertainment tells us the truth. and Trump...can't forget Trump...he never lies.....
He has claimed to have engineered a cease-fire between India and Pakistan. India and Pakistan said "bovine excrement". Not sure if he engineered the collapse of the cease-fire a few hours later. Then there is the story about getting a free jumbo jet from one of the Middle East countries for use as Air Farce One. Beware the strangers bearing gifts, etc.
I know a lsone people dont like that President Trump. Yes I definitely believe the media is control by greed and corruption of the mega rich people. If everyone would take minute to realize the media only tells a little of the true. I feel people are being brainwashed into believe the BS of the world's problems can be fixed. It never will big fix because of the machine keeps turning.
I have a visceral distrust of all media (MSNBC to Foxnews, NYTimes to the WSJ). I stop watching all forms of TV news in 2008. I haven't had subscription/network TV since 2015. Though I do have several large TVs in my home. I read 90% of my news. I try to get a close to the source as possible. I will often read multiple stories from different sources on the same story to sniff out the BS/bias. I have a handful of sources I trust. I don't do any social media (unless you consider forum chat social media). We are all biased, me, you and every 'journalist' out there. I use a couple news aggregators and scan several hundred headlines per day (looking for what I want or need to read) and read 50-100 of them throughout the day. My business partner does the same thing but uses different sources. When we discuss the issues...there are discrepancies. However, I believe in his (and your) right to possess opinions that differ from mine. The actual heart of the First Amendment is your acceptance that people who disagree with you have that right. If you don't go into a conversation practicing exactly that, you are not doing it correctly.
"The Media" includes all forms of public institutions that report the news including the couple of news aggregates and several hundred headlines that you read, and the handful of sources that you trust..
Almost everything that Trump put in his first manifesto about the decline of the US was completely true. But when he came to power, rather than sit down with experts and find resolutions, he tried to do it himself and made things ten times worse. For Example. He knew (which I did not) that lack of a trade balance between Canada and Mexico was damaging the US economy, but rather than admit that the US corporations had created the situation, he went in with both feet, blaming the other party and imposing pointless tariffs. Then when it came to China, who have been ripping the west off for decades, he started pussy footing aound. As a personal example. I would certainly know if an ornate plaster ceiling in a theater was in need of renovation. But I equally know that if I started mixing bags of plaster and doing it myself, the whole lot would come crashing down.
Where did you get this information? According to what I read Canada is the U.S.'s largest export market. Setting the Record Straight on Canada-U.S. Trade The trade deficit comes about due to our oil purchases from Canada, not goods and services. Now, tell me about Mexico.
