Indeed girls and guys should be able to do whatever they want with whoever they want. The problem is, many times nowadays, they are not doing this. I am not saying all, but certainly a large number of people of both sexes displaying this type of behaviour doing so from a place of low self esteem and self worth issues. I find they do not know who they really are yet so how could they possible know what they really want? Maybe this is a way for them to find out who they are and what they want. I have worked with many people in similar situations and have found that nearly always are underlying issues to do with self worth / or esteem. Other reasons also stem from childhood issues, the way they have been brought up and also possible sexual abuse in their pasts. When these issues have been dealt with, people can grow and change and look at things from a different perspective, one where they have love and respect for themselves as much as anyone else. Blessings
I totally agree. A lot of men out there only want sex, they don't give a rat's arse about romance, and when women realise this it pisses them off. When they see that romance is out of reach they adapt themselves to how men are and make the most of it.
we're more liberal, but that doesn't really mean slutty. Maybe it's also because more people like to talk about it openly now than they did before.
I'm 16 (17 real soon) and I'm not slutty, I actually find it quite repulsive I think women are actually taking over the role of the men, men are becoming more reserved and women are getting sluttier of course the women are getting sluttier faster than the men are getting reserved
maybe they're just more open minded and not shy about expressing they're sexual feelings, like we guys aren't? why should it be different for them? maybe the "older generation" is too closed minded and traditionally orientated?
Just because someone loves sex why are they labeled as whores, or sluts? Weather they are male or female, young or old. Enjoying sexual freedome is not a bad thing as long as its not hurting anyone. I look at sexual freedome, as a lifestyle, not a wrong doing.
I dont think we are - i think we are alot more open about sex and more willing to 'play' FFS we havent been able to shag who we want for years because it was wrong - now we can and people complain. Sex is sex - once I saw my older cat shag my younger cat - that screwed with my mind for a while
That's funny. I think the diametrical opposite. What I see before me is a country with a huge conservative movement in action. People are having less sex than they were in the 1980s, according to a research from Chicago Univ. I read in the New York Times Almanac of 2000 (I believe), and that is ignoring the 1960s and 70s. It is probably the first time we see people in their 20s and 30s having less sex than older, married couples. What accounts for the perception of a sexually loose society? The mass media, IMO. Maybe folks are losing the distinction between their vicarious experiences on the screen, and reality.
I am not a slut, and I DO believe that we all - men and women - should be free to go out and persue our pleasures as we please. I do not think that is wrong, and I would not respect a person less for living this way. Let me just say that if I meet a woman strictly for sexual purposes, I will still treat her as a beautiful, sweet, respectable human being. Even if we never meet again, is no reason to consider her as a cheap sex toy, or a piece of meat.
thanks for the p.s.-but still, i'm getting sick of people calling women "whores" and "sluts" when men do the same and get no criticism at all. it can be annoying when people are like that-but i wouldn't pin it on an entire generation
ssslllllut. isn't the word so cool-sounding? I am a ssssllut and I always love to find sssllluts to ssslut it up with. sssssllllllluts rule. I voted on th is a long time ago "No, you can't get sssssslllutty enough, slut"
