Is going barefoot therapeutic for you?

    Going barefoot is like having reflexology done every time I walk! It's healthy, natural, and keeps me connected to the environment. It feels good and is great exercise. In fact, it exercises more of my muscles every step I take. So yes, it's definitely therapeutic.
