Agreed. That's just plain odd and a tad bit perverted. At least let the community get to know you better before you start asking for dick pics, in which case, could get someone banned if I understand correctly.

 

Whilst it may be against the rules to upload pics to the forums, most ISPs provide amount of free webspace, where you can upload your pics, and then simply post the links where anyone can choose to go see them, if they so wish.

As a tip, don't bother with PhotoBucket. Sooner or later (usually sooner) they will remove any material which they consider to be in breach of their T&Cs.
