I've done a lot of acid back in the day, and 1 hit should be fine. Make a soothing play list and a more upbeat one(music can get soo intense or be so calming). Invite a friend over and do it at night. Rent something Trippy to watch. I liked Fantasia when I was 15. I've never had a bad experience with acid even though I've always struggled with depression and would often trip at school.
I've never known anyone to freak out while tripping on 1 hit so don't worry about it. Acid for me was an absolute vacation from reality.

 

my fiance feels a lot of guilt after she trips, but i think it's because she thinks it's worse for her body than it actually is. but the guilt and next day depression stop her from wanting to trip anymore.

i have naturally low blood pressure too.

if you take SSRIs you might not trip from a low dose. SSRIs produce tolerance to psychedelics basically.

with LSD the nausea is pretty minimal and only in the beginning for me.

Yes same with molly, Effexor will most likely effect the MDMA trip. I don't know about the Topamax.

MDMA is one of the few psychedelics that is very dangerous to mix with Effexor type drugs. Effexor is primarily a SNRI but it has SSRI action too, and mixing MDMA + SSRI = Serotonin Syndrome. You can die. Don't do it. LSD and mushrooms is ok but MDMA has a unique mechanism of action that causes your brain to flood with serotonin, and combined with an SSRI keeping your brain from dumping out serotonin, you overdose on your own brain juices. Other chemicals with MAOi action like 2C-T-7 and aMT are also likely dangerous.

Your worrying to much about it.
Just set up a comfortable, secure setting with maybe one other person that you trust completely and let it happen.
There is no way to tell how any certain person is going to react to LSD, even harder when separated by the internet.

Best and only real good advice for you is what has already been given, pay attention to set and setting and let all the internal bullshit work itself out how ever it decides, just remember you are still always in control.
