Jesus was no different from todays celebrity. in that, he too would have most likely dressed up for the portrait just as today's celeb receives a new plastic face before they take on an oscar role...can you see the connection that im trying to make?

i imagine that before each painting he washed his face, trimmed the beard, waxed his nose hairs, cocked the crown of thorns to the side and wore the rosary bling.

off the easel, Jesus was probably average looking or below.

off the camera, celebs are no different.

our father, who dressed for paintings, in heaven, our daily bread...and our daily easel. let the lord paint with you. amen.
