I don't even see any breathing tubes in his airway. That's the first thing you take care of when you get to a patient. Rule 1. Waaaaaay before Blood Pressure. If he had a patent airway though and he didn't F up any major arteries he could easily survive.

 

I'd say as long as he didnt lean his head back, he wouldnt drown in blood. but you can see his esophogus AND his trachea, and both look intact to me.
