It doesn't get COLD in the Desert!

Like hell it doesn't get cold in the Pacific Southwest. Highway 160 from Pahrump and Sandy Valley are CLOSED over the Pass unless you have snow chains. Todays date, is 24 Jan, 2008. Ain't it a bitch that those folks cannot get to thier jobs, and the Children not go to school? Yeah. It DOES get cold down here. I agree those of you in the Northeast are screwed, but so are we. Problem is, WE are not aclimated to the temps that you in the EASTERN US are used to. We b Freezin!!!!!
