    my point is, this.

crap like what is out now, has been out for ages. deal.

we can go back to the 60s and 70s and use the monkees, the partridge family, and all of those teen beat kids of the 70s...... who every girl was swooning over. yeah they had the image, but NO talent. its been around for a long time.

But dammit, those morons names are remembered. That's the point I'm trying to make. The ones with TRUE talent...their music is becoming a dying breed.

wouldnt you rather see it that way?????????

Id rather be alone in my adoration of true legends. I dont want a bunch of kids idolizing john lennon, or pink floyd, or any of that......... why would I want them in the mainstream?? mainstream is for pop music...... the best music is kept in the underground.

I wouldn't want them to be mainstream...it's just the fact that they've never even heard their names that disturbs me.

nah, most people grow out of that.

like I said, its a phase kids go through........ every generation has had its period of crappy music, the kids all went for it...... but eventually they found the better music.
