Doesn't something like that happen in the eco-disaster film the day after tomorrow? It is damn cold, but luckily city and islington college round the corner has got those lights set into the ground that you can put your feet on, it's so warm and not windy and fun.
I am aware that mice do not do well in the cold. So anyone thinking of taking their small pet out this winter, think again. They will surely freeze to death. This goes for dogs. If you leave your dog out all night, he may come down with the flu.
It's cold alright, i had to wear a jumper as well as my shorts and T-shirt riding in to work the last few days of last week. Today i'm back to shorts and t-shirt again however.
I finally broke out my winter coat. *brrr* Oh, and I have seen ducks walking on ice before. It's really funny looking. It used to happen nearly every winter back where I'm originally from. All the Canadian Geese would chill out on the ice and think to themselves that they were in Bermuda in comparision to what it felt like above the border.
Mum wrapped me in scarf and wooly gloves this morning in time for an important meeting she had to go to. In actual fact it was down at the hair salon.
