The idea of "ancestral rights" to anywhere seems dubious to me.
Nobody does anything prenatally to warrant ownership of any piece of land

Edit: and according o the article you just cited Xexon, there were already Jews in Europe when the Khazars converted, so claims that all modern Jewry is descended from the Khazars seems unlikely

 

Certainly there were Jews before Khazars. My point is modern Jewry has a Khazarian majority. Most of the ancient Hebrew Jews have died off over the years. Israel is full of these "Russian Jews' as they're called.

These folks are all thats left of Judaism as a religion.

I said there were other jews not of Khazar origin all over Europe at the time the Khazar ruling class converted, so I see little reason to assume that modern Jewry consists almost entirely of Khazar descendants seeking to restart an old tribal nation from Europe, in Israel.

You'll need a lot more evidence to even begin to convince me of such a position
