Politics are beyond what you see on TV. Bush and Kerry are trained at it, 99% of the population isn't.

 

They went to Political Boot Camp.

 

Now is the time to push Kerry.He needs to know that the only way to win is to take a firm stand against the war effort.The RNC protests were fruitless.It doesn't do any good to yell at the blind,they still can't see.The republicans are set in their ways.The democrats on the other hand can be persuaded(I.E.1968 chicago riots).They are unfortunatly our only hope.If someone wants to protest they should follow the Kerry camp.

OK,I don't care for Bush a whole hella lot,but I'd rather see him in office over John Kerry any day.Kerry proposes getting us out of Iraq by getting our "allies"involved?PLEASE..Most of europe really didnt like us anyway before we ever went to Iraq.If there is even the slightest chance of getting our "allies" to help us,it would require some serious ass kissing to the UN..FUCK THAT!Any group that thinks the U.S. should disarm the citizens gets absolutely no respect from me.Considering Kerry's record on"gun control"I'm sure he'd be more than happy to attempt to comply.I just DO NOT trust him,and dont even ask what I think about John Edwards

An asshole, I am being realistic. No hippie could make a good president in a capitalistic society.

I would not vote for Bush over Kerry, but I would certainly vote for bush over some damn hippie who will doom the economy.

I have been to the US plenty of times, and am probebly a million times more aware of both US and Global politics than the average American.

I do have to deal with Bush even from here, I will be studying in the US next year and his policies are affecting me, my country of residence (Honduras), and my country of nationality (Israel), rather directly.

 

I have to agree with rubin on this one.

I could do without his input on this thread, even though his name is on it.

 

From a writer's standpoint, the president gave a pretty good speech at the convention. He used a lot of making-fun of himself, joked around, it was a good speech just as far as writing goes, not for the content.


Okay, there I found something good about him. However, I disagree with with him on many many many things I would never vote for him. Especailly his campaign against gay marriage. IF I was to ever get married, I'd probably want to marry my best friend. I love her very much, she's beautiful inside and out, one of my few comforts, I love that chick more than the moon, so I don't fully understand why he would want to tell us we couldn't be together. I guess he must have his reasons, but I don't understand them.

Oh and that little war thing
