Good God Almighty. It is true. Are you shitting me... are you telling me ... I was actually right for once??? there is documentary that is tying in POLITICAL and RELIGIOUS propaganda into one package? OMG. OMFG. I "thought" we were watching a replay of WWII unfolding ... now i KNOW we are watching a replay of WWII unfolding. Only this is looking like a WWIII starting of course.

You know in kinda of horrendous way my heart says its about time... this planet needs a clean up :O

I mean seriously look at the way we run the world... it's divide and conquer. its terrible. nobody loves, we live in a sex sells mc-Fix everything society and meanwhile kids starve to death in far off lands. just another "african mess" my ass. for the love of everything just right and true, where is the hearts of men in office???

    I say it's about time...

VIVA LA REVOLUTIONA DE L'AMOUR BABY.

The planet does need a cleanup. And it will get the traditional treatment for cleansing.

    Fire, and lots of it.

The smell of charred flesh will hang heavy in the air for years.

I despise that woman. She brags about going out to playgrounds and brainwashing young, susceptible, gullible children.

It's kind of one of those movies where a good idea, turned out completely fucked up and delivered the wrong message. I think there's a difference between saying "so here's what our religion is about and it's highly spiritual and its a lot more amazing than what people think.."
Then automatically going to this: "ASHALABAMALADA!"
That's going to scare the shit out of me if I'm a nonbeliever. But I'm not a nonbeliever, I'm a christian mystic, and you really have to be in the holy spirit to understand it.. but I apologize for this movie being way too forward.

well, the biggest problem isn't how they are practicing.

be a mystic and say ASHALABAMALADA or w/e you want to do.

but when a 9 year old little boy feels that he needs to "be saved" because something was missing from his life?

that's when it gets pretty ridiculous. leave the kids out of it. Jesus said we need to become like children. So why are we making children be like us, by attacking their young minds with our stupid questions and dogmas?

Haven't you ever felt like something was missing from your life? Even as a kid?

My biggest concern as a kid was whether or not it would rain so i could play inside or out...

And plus that kid said he felt something missing from his life and that nothing was fun at AGE FIVE. 5 year olds dont think about shit like that.. especially that nothing is fun? whaaat? So believe in god because it's fun, you get to do a bunch of activities and listen to some crazy bitch babble on for a few hours a week. Score!

Yes they do. Just because you didn't doesn't mean they didn't either. Some kids are a little more developed than others.

This was infuriating for me as a Christian...these adults in their church should be ashamed of themselves.....

....why concern a 9 year old with abortion and homosexuality? Shame on them for filling these kids with guilt when they have nothing to feel guilty about!! Its brainwashing, and the saddest part is that these kids dont stand a chance...I mean, they are homeschooled, taught these infuriating doctrines, taught that evolution is a crock (which it is NOT), that science in general is a crock...

Im gonna stop here because I'm about to climb up on my soapbox....and ya'll dont want that

At five? In first grade? Gimme a break. Plus, I think that has less to do with development and more to do with being raised in a certain environment. I would be willing to bet that this kid made this particular statement because he knew it was the right answer, and not because he couldn't have fun as a five year-old without religion.

When I was a kid my best friend and I would roam around the playground and come up with our own religion. I used to think it was boring to read other people's stories and myths when I could come up with my own.
