I know of people who have used the bible pages, nice and thin paper, but I could never do that. I have been known to use the paper around a tampax in a pinch. Just be sure to remove the string - hahahahahaha!

 

u can just use a receipt, altoid paper (no ink which is good) , newspaper [used that last night] any thin paper. and the ink usualy doesnt bother you. idk if its unhealthy or nethin
