No need to explain. Its perfectly normal for women to have your body type. It is the goddess body type. Look at art that has spanned across the ages. I respect that body type, and its sad that young men are programed to like only one type.

    Your horses are beautiful.

Thank you for the compliment on my horses!

Yes, it's sad that young men no longer appreciate different body types.

I think many women are beautiful...pale,waif-thin ones and thick, curvy voluptuous ones (and everything in between!) Beauty and sexyness aren't about the shape of your body. They are about your charisma and the way you carry yourself.

Thankfully, I have been lucky enough to meet some WONDERFUL men who genuinely thought I was lovely. They do tend to be a bit older though (guys under 25 rarely have an interest in me.)

Peculiar, it's not like you sit on your ass and eat fritos all day. You actively ride horses, that is a full body workout. LOL. Not everyone is meant to be skinny.

Don't fret and eat less then what you are supposed to to stay healthy. :)

Having horses is DEFINATELY a work out!

I may be plump but I've got muscle!

Throwing hay bales and feed sacks and mucking stalls will do that for you!

You're right...I stress over it too much. And it doesn't help when some insecure person feels the need to harshly point it out and call me a cow.

I'm going to forgive him though..maybe he has troubles of his own that are causing him to behave in a hurtful and unkind manner.

Oh my, all of your horses are so beautiful! We have always loved horses, and my kids go riding whenever they can get the chance. My son always helps out in the stables before & after riding... both to work with the horses and to help with riding costs. We will never be able to own horses of our own. Between the costs & physical labor, we just will never be able to have our own. But we love being able to visit with those who have horses, and helping out. They are such gentle and HIGHLY intelligent creatures.

I have seen the horses get absolutely & unmistakeably excited when we carry the saddle towards them. And watching the gentler ponies whicker & nuzzle my daughter as she brushes their manes... I can't see how this could possibly be considered cruel. Certainly some people can & do abuse their horses. But for a horse that has been lovingly cared for, all I see is joy in their eyes when someone climbs onto their back.
    love,
    mom
