I heard somewhere if someone has STD's they have to tell you before doing anything or you can sue them or something, but im not sure about it.

I've heard of people who knew they had HIV/AIDS and infected a lot of people because they didn't tell anyone and just fucked a bunch of people, and they ended up being charged with assault and/or attempted murder because of it.

There was someone who got bit in a bar fight, this is someone I know btw. The cops told him to go get checks cause the guy was known to have full blown AIDs. He went and got checked for 6 months and it showed up. He lost his job as a professional hockey player and tried to sue the guy. The judge said that no charges can go through until you die..

He is still alive and healthy, can't go back to hockey though. And didn't get to put that fucker behind bars, which really sucks! I thought that was really fucked up they couldn't charge him.
