i hate when that happens. what i usually do is get a blanket, wrap it around my body and make sure its covering my hand. usually works.

haha the other day i realized that i had gloves
which i could be using this whole time
you can always try sitting on you hand.that should work

 

sometimes when im laying on mybed. myhands get cold. so i put them under me tush. and then theyget knumb. i even sit on me lower legs but then theyget riceyand hurt andi cant walk until theyunrice

 

i know where your hands are when you get up
