Kill your landlord

your a dumbass, read the post, consider things... dont just jump to conclusions... if only "paying your fuckin bills" were as easy for everyone as it must be for you to talk shit about a situation you havent the fondest idea about.

Your friends with a few landlords, therefore that gives you the right to bitch to others without even comprehending the intent of the post... Shes charging 2,400$ extra and threatening eviction without a notice... you cant justify that... most people have troubles paying their bills at one point in their life...
and landlords make a lot of money, real estate and otherwise... not paying your bills wont make a landlord starve, trust me.

You dont know this bitch, she is crazy... and its not even me who didnt pay rent, and you would have known that if you would have read the post/been able to understand it.

part of the second months rent WAS paid and still she has no right to add those fees... shes LOST our months rent before... trying to get us to pay it AGAIN... shes just a money grubbing jew, nothing more.

I suppose you never have problems with your bills because you were so quick to jump at this chance to tell others to "pay your fuckn bills" or does your mommy pay your bills for you?

 

1. Well you should be asking her for a recipt (dated and signed) for you rent so there is no "Lost Rent" Every person i know that is a renter or a landlord gives/gets recipts... So thats your brothers fault... Should have asked for them

2. she cant evict without notice... Your bother can then sue her so you can stop worring about that.. what is she gonna do... change the lock... ILLEAGAL!!!!!! She Cant... All they have to do is call the cops.. The cops will make her let tham back in.. There are court proceedures to eviction...

Yea I kno im not really worried anyway i just think the landlord is a total bitch.... and its a total pain in the ass to have to go through court just to get shit straight because your landlord is a psychotic jew.

 

actually, i thought it was a 30 day notice? but yeah, they do have to put an eviction notice up.

 

But they should get out then.. If she so crazy. MOVE!!! Problem solved.. I know it would suck to move... but if shes as crazy and psycho as you make her out to be... tell them to get out and find a new place to live...

 

my land lord doesnt give us receipts. then again, we pay by check so it could be proven anyways.

im lucky to have a decent landlord.

my family has moved so many times... over 20 at least.

 

I suppose its the state you live in... Here you cannot evict in winter months... So it could be 7 months before they can move you... But they cant just kick you out... simple as that

but here it is 30 days because we got evicted before for being too loud (by being too loud...hahaha, we are not loud at all but we had a pyscho old lady that lived upstairs)

i cant wait til the day that we can own a home.

 

That sucks... My friend has the same thing.. theres an old lady upstairs and is constanly screaming at us cause were to loud... TV is on Vol 8... i dont thin its too loud.. but we are gonna get payback.. We found out our town decible noise leavel and time... and have gotten a decible reader... were gonna go just 1 under... hopefully shell move once the cops tell her theres nothing they can do

 

I have never not paid my rent because I'm a responsible person. I've never had my mom or dad pay for anything of mine, even when I lived at home. I've supported myself since I was 16 and never took any handouts, even if that meant living on the street.

I don't care, you can call me a bitch and say I don't know what I'm talking about, but you're just mad because you're brothers are irresponsible and you think the world should be handed to you when you're having money problems. here are two of the things she would call to bitch at us about....

that we "shut our cabinet doors (like in the kitchen) too loud"

and that we "smoke cigerettes outside and the old lady has her windows open and it bugs her and we're not allowed to smoke outside"
