My brothers have a place to live too, they always have a place to live... we would never let them on the streets... and they are still living there, im sure they willr esolve the matter pretty soon... and when it is resolved and my brothers side is seen than i will laugh at you again.

you feel like i deserve what? THis isnt about me. You insulted me far before i insulted you. Your opinion is non-understanding... if you understand so well tell me why they have to pay 3,000 dollars+attorney fees for 1 1/2 months rent? and why they can be evicted without notice?

Why are you such a mindless bitch? I dont take kindly to people talking shit about my brothers... especially when youve never met my brothers... ive lived in over 20 homes, I know a shitty fucking landlord when I see one... my brothers usually DO pay their rent... and they will pay the 1 1/2s month rent that they owe... but they will NOT pay 3,000 dollars+attorney fees for 1 1/2 months rent. Get that through your head. Poor people arent always looking for handouts, i never asked for free shit or expected the landlord to forget about the rent... but that gives her no excuse for threatening eviction with NO notice and charging 3,000 for 1 1/2 months rent.

you are making yourself out to be superior by calling you "responsible" and my brothers "irresponsible" for not being able to pay a month and a half worth of rent.

If you owe her two months of rent (which is what you said in your first post) then you owe her the rent and any court fees she has to pay to get her money.

If you signed a lease like I did, on that lease should be what the terms are for eviction. I could evicted in 3 day if I don't pay my rent.

I never said that your brothers should pay more than they have to or get out before they should. I said I can't feel sorry for anyone beign evicted for not paying their rent.

that helps with some land lords... my mom had to do it once and she IS responsible but got paid 7.50 and hour, taking care of a sick parent and two kids alone.
they were very understanding.

in any case, even if there are legal fees your brothers should have to pay, they would not amount to two grand or whatever. this is ludacrist.

My brothers have the money for the rent, they are going to court regardless. And it is actually 1 & 1/2 months rent because my other brother paid his share. The brother who could not pay rent could not pay it because he was out of state, he was in massachusettes visiting his girlfriends parents. That is shit.

i am pretty sure the state of wisconsin has laws that state eviction notices must be given out.

But by supporting the landlord you are saying they should have to pay more than they have to... because the landlord is crazy, and has tried to get more money than what she deserves out of my brothers before, and she is doing it again. That is what this whole post is about, this is why shes a psychotic jew money grubbing assfuck.

Some people sometimes do not have a choice whether or not to pay rent though.

heady.... was my mom irresponsible when she had to care for a dying parent, two kids by herself- and all and she was a teacher's assistant making 7.50 an hour.... and the teachers went on strike so she didnt get paid for a month.

2 months is a long time. I would disagree if it was 1 month, and they had the money. But 2 months rent is a lot of money. That's how landlords get paid. Like I said, if your boss wouldn't pay you for 2 weeks or 2 months, you'd take him to court to get your money and make him pay court fees.
