I don't think so, people would start nit picking over small things, like hair or eye colour, nose shape etc. It would just get more specific.

it is nearly impossible to end all forms of discrimination. even if race was wiped out then we would still have gender,economic,national,etc forms of prejudice. so unless EVERYONE is all the same race economic status and all of that then it may work. but the simple fact is humans are not all equal. people vary in so many ways from ideas to skin color. there is likely to be forms of discrimination for many many years to come. the level of discriminaton may change however with time and get less extreme or more extreme depending on how things go in the future. but even so to end it entirely people would need to be all equal in the exact same way or just become mindless drones who cannot see differences. and even so not liking discrimination is discrimination against those who discriminate against others. so the concept in itself is hypocritical. and although its a great idea it is just very unlikely to ever actually happen.

Not at all, Hitler hated slavic people and most Mediterrean people weren't considered white until the early 1900's, and even people from the same part of Europe hate each other, English and the Irish, English and the Scotts, English and the French, French and the Germans

 

technically she's right. eliminating all races but one WOULD end racism, we couldn't argue over race if we were all the same ethnicity, but it wouldn't stop people from being prejudice towards other things such as your hair color, eye color, weight, height- a lot people in this world NEED to make other poeople feel badly to feel better about themselves. i have no hope that it will never end, that's the reality of it.

Racism will never go away unless there was a complete genocide of a race which would (now-a-days) be nearly impossible, even Hitler would have never gotten rid of every jew, gay, ect because new generations will revive it. Racism is incorrect but people even if it's not said, they will think it. It's quite stupid we're all the same on the inside.

Actually I think the cure for racism is not to have a single definitive race like white or black, but to have a mixture, i giant pool of mixed race children. black with asian, asian with white, white with black, white with black with some asian etc. Then people would be so diverse, they wouldn't know what racist name to call someone else.

 

Yeah eventually there would only be one group of people. if you go far enough, there can't be racism. It just won't work, because eventually there will be no variation. Of course that's a fucked up and retarded idea, but for fucks sake it's true. Won't end conflict, but racism.
