My roommate has these "Environmental Violation" tickets that you can give out to people, and as a joke - she'll put them under the wiper blades of cops who are idling. It got her into trouble once.

Hee hee hee. They are very official looking tickets that have fines of eating vegetarian for a full year or being sentenced to composting for a month. It's funny.
