The Supreme Court rejected the Donofrio case. A number of other cases in the federal courts have been dismissed also.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a New Jersey man who says President-elect Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth. The court did not comment on its order Monday rejecting the call by Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., to intervene in the presidential election.

Donofrio says that since Obama had dual nationality at birth _ his mother was American and his Kenyan father at the time was a British subject _ he cannot possibly be a "natural born citizen," one of the requirements the Constitution lists for eligibility to be president.

Donofrio also contends that two other candidates, Republican John McCain and Socialist Workers candidate Roger Calero, also are not natural-born citizens and thus ineligible to be president.

At least one other appeal over Obama's citizenship remains at the court. Philip J. Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa., argues that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii
as Obama says and Hawaii officials have confirmed.

Berg says Obama also may be a citizen of Indonesia, where he lived as a boy. Federal courts in Pennsylvania have dismissed Berg's lawsuit. Federal courts in Ohio and Washington state have rejected similar lawsuits.

Allegations raised on the Internet say the birth certificate, showing that Obama was born in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961, is a fake.

But Hawaii Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino and the state's registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, say they checked health department records
and have determined there's no doubt Obama was born in Hawaii.

The nonpartisan Web site Factcheck.org examined the original document and said it does have a raised seal and the usual evidence of a genuine document.

In addition, Factcheck.org reproduced an announcement of Obama's birth, including his parents' address in Honolulu, that was published in the Honolulu Advertiser on Aug. 13, 1961.

I wonder how hard it is to fabricate an old newspaper announcement...

 

I wonder how hard it is to demand evidence and then reject whatever anybody produces.

 

Quite easy. Especially when they produce forgeries.

 

Right, so by calling it a forgery you have "proved" its a forgery.

Let me try the opposite - why don't you suggest some evidence that someone could hypothetically produce, which it would be impossible to reject. Which would prove it once and for all.

See? You can't, can you. There is no conceivable evidence that anyone could produce which you couldn't just flippantly reject five seconds later by calling it "forged" or a conspiracy. It takes no more effort to reject it than is required to type the words and hit 'submit'.

Meanwhile, nobdody has produced a damned thing to prove he was born anywhere else. And that's the way conspiracy theories work - any conceivable evidence their theories are wrong is rejected, meanwhile absolutely zero evidence is required to prove their own theories.

You can't lose with that approach.

 

Opening ALL of his school records, along with producing his ACTUAL Birth Certificate would prove it, once and for all.

However, he continues to fight to keep his identity secret, and refuses to release the documents.

He's left ANYONE who believes in and backs him out in the cold, with no concrete proof to put paid to this.

Instead of badgering US to produce HIS documentation, it occurs to me that HE is the one you should be hounding...

 

I can't believe this issue is still being brought up. Barrack Obama is now our president and will be our president for at least four years least. He has proven he is a U.S. citizen yet and the people opposing this have not brought any legitimate evidence forward to prove otherwise.

 

His actual birth certificate was produced, and nobody cared. Hence requests for further documentation are going in the garbage.

IF FACT,

NONE of his records have been voluntarily released:

no birth certificate, no school records, no college records,

NOTHING!

 

I don't think you get it - any document can be rejected. Its very easy - just say "I reject it". Done.

Hence nobody cares that you don't accept the birth certificate that was released. Nobody cares that you reject the newspaper announcement. Nobody cares that you reject the Hawaii state government's statements.

 

And i don't believe YOU get it ~

NO ONE stakes their reputation on verifying their authenticity;

however, numerous experts have laid theirs on the line refuting them.

Oh, and fyi? Hawai'i's Director of Health, did NOT authenticate ANYTHING ~ other than the fact that the birth certificate IS there.

NO ONE in the Know will say, FOR SURE, that he is a natural citizen. Why? Because he isn't.

 

In other words your argument is so strong that it doesn't exist.

Everyone who says he is a citizen is staking their reputation. Random, self declared experts on the internet have no reputation to lose though.
