Least Amount of Pot You Ever got Arrested For

ive never been arrested,,,,, for weed.. been caught a couple times with it but never arrested..

 

I got pulled over while I was smoking a joint before. It was still burning in the floor of my car when the cop was standing at my window, but he didn't say anything. I got lucky as fuck.

yeah i saw that.. kinda not quite the way it seems. he does barter,dumpster dive and accept charity etc.

its cool but at the same time he is very much tied to society.

i also wonder what the implications of his new found notoriety will be? who owns the land the cave is on?every time i have ever seen a story like this go mainstream its wound up bad for the person its about.

 

one example that i can think of where the guy is still living alright is that Kenny Salwey guy.. he's the one that wrote The Last River Rat book.. he's from this area.. dunno if you heard of him or not

but yeah.. obviously if society here wasn't the way it was.. he wouldn't be living the way he is.... overall i think of bums/hobos as leeches.. because without someone to throw shit away.. they would have nothing and would die

 

I have never been arrested with weed...got caught with a few joints down in Mexico while surfing..ended up costing me all the money I had on me..the federales left me and my friend a couple dollars for tacos on the way out..that was nice of them.

 

I live in Waterbury, CT. Its probably one of the only places in all of CT that does not give a flying shit about pot. You could walk down the street smoking a fucking duker and the cops will not give two shits. They'll say put it out and confiscate it if anything. Its basically like Vancouver over here. I got arrested in Danbury though, the town with all the fucking illegals. They are some hardcore dickbags who could be focusing on way worse shit, such as getting illegals the fuck out, than a bunch of kids with a joint. Like I said they had 10 cop cars in the vicinity of our car.

 

i was arrested for tryin to sell a gram. and that was all i had on me. well i had like 1.5 on me.

 

I was handcuffed and arrested when I was in high school (with no charges though) for throwing an egg at a moving truck on Halloween, but the thing that makes it crappy - I didn't even throw an egg, I just watched. The guy slammed the brakes and came back for us. I ran like a dumbass because, well...I couldn't just stand there and let the guy chase me or something.

 

i got arrested for about 2 grams when i was 16. just had to go to court and pay a fine (pled guilty). but it's not on my adult record
i also got arrested a few months after than for underage drinking. same thing as above
and i got busted selling pot my first couple months in college at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh PA. i had about half an ounce in 6 or 8 diff bags, so they knew what was up. i'm pretty sure someone narced on me, but obviously i was being stupid. i didn't get arrested for that though. "just" kicked out of college

i was 17 when that happened, so i believe it's not on my recored either. and it might have never been since i didn't get charged. i had a lawyer though in case. and fuck, i dunno know.

i've never put any of that shit on a job or school application though..

someone got thrown in jail in dubai (sp?) for having .03 or something ridiculous - not visible without a magnifying glass - STUCK to the bottom of his SHOE! at the airport

Now I vacuum my car routinely to be sure bullshit like that doesn't happen. But I rarely ever smoke in my car anymore anyway

The first time I got arrested, I actually had a few xanax's in my hat when they booked me, and they didn't find them. I got lucky, because that would've automatically been a couple of felonies. lol I ended up eating them in the holding cell

 

they didnt take off your hat when you got booked?

 

No, surprisingly. There were other people wearing hats too, but I figured they'd take mine off because it had a big potleaf on it. lol
