Because who calls the cops because they can't deal with being beat. I could've called the cops on them when they were in my house, but 1. I didn't want to call the cops on them, and 2. They would've left the second I called the cops and there'd be no one left here for them to arrest

Because I was an idiot, we did it at a gas station with cameras while one of the cops that eventually arrested me was driving by, but I didn't care because there was no actual or even fake drugs involved, I royally fucked up in that area.

as far as your charges,it really doesnt matter whether it was over a drug deal or not. when a law is broken you can be and obviously were charged with a crime.

you were charged with larceny because in the eyes of the law you committed larceny.

in my eyes you ripped someone off for a really stupid reason and got bit on the ass for it.
