well i used to goto leicester quite reguarly when me ex was at uni there.. she lived just of narborough road.. and the place is fine.. i used to walk thru leicester at all times of night and nothing ever happened to me... thats not to say it never happens but people get killed in tiny villages so nowhere is entirely safe but on a nicer note... goto "the shed" its a really nice live music venue they have some quality bands play there.. um cant quite remember where it is... just past tesco metro and down a little alley i think if its still there.. was a few years ago anyway.. leicester is an alright place.. just as alright as anywhere else really have fun
