Just went outside for my wake and bake and to feed my birds with this on my mind. I have done the autopilot thing...had to, for several years. Army wife, two kids close in age, my job....but now I look back and wish I had not. If I knew then what I know now....

Live each day fully...embrace each day with all you have...even the yukky days. When I find myself going into autopilot mode....I stop and breathe and count all my blessings, and I have many.

I think embracing the day can be done on autopilot. Wake 'n baking is an excellent way to cruise into autopilot mode I guess we're seeing it differently. But yeah, living on autopilot for years may be regretable (for most). I can see how it suits some people perfectly fine as well. Different strokes for different folks and all!

Staying away from someone isn't respect, it's neglect. Something I myself am guilty of at times...

Respect is realizing someone's needs and/or how they wish to be treated and ahering to those realizations. Whether it be loved ones, authority figures, people with VAGINAS or even those you don't like. It still plays a factor. Show respect and you will receive it likewise. Show confidence and a good sense of humor and a flock of vaginas will always follow you.
