Let's talk hockey...

There were a ton of "almost fights" last night. A few real ones. Like I said, it was really aggressive. I loved it. 2 of the players slammed a ref against the glass. Haha, he didn't get out of the way fast enough.

I always liked the red wings. The only team I ever played with in NHL 97.

 

OMG I remember NHL 97!!! The music was sooo funny!
The first video hockey game i remember playing was NHL Stanley Cup for SNES. It was so lame... I started so many fights and got tons of penalties to liven it up.
Now the games are totally sick!

I also learned in NHL 14 you can add leagues like the WHL to your roster. Now that's COOL!

we got one of our own in chicago. my friend is a blackhawks fan so we gave a thought about going but with my medical bills and lack of time off work it just wouldnt be good for me in the long run.

 

Just left the Avs vs Sabers game. Avs ftw!!!!

Did you see the Sabres guy go flying head first into the Avs' goal? :rofl: so funny.

It really was a good game. The Avs were a little messy the first period, but after that their offensive game was so on point. The goalies for the Sabers were so terrible lol.

the only quote i heard was that he wouldnt mind staying...but someone said he would be a backup, so why would he stay if that was the case? if this happened in the offseason the penguins just might have picked him up...not likely but they might have.

 

for you Canadians that care- - great job... We were outplayed. even though Quick was terrific- -.. Price ,as good as he was...wasnt challenged as much..great defense and one lousy goal- Congrads ..
