I used to use MyFitnessPal by Under Armour which is basically a sort of food diary. You can track calories as well as protein intake, essential vitamins, and carbohydrates etc. At the end of the day you can see exactly what you put into your body, which is immensely helpful in making decisions about whether or not to eat something. One thing I learned from a personal trainer I had years ago is that sometimes when you're hungry, it's actually because you're thirsty.* lol I drink a lot of water now. I have a liter after exercise, and/or if I get hungry. The reality though is that you've gotta eat sometimes. For those times MyFitnessPal has come in handy. For instance it's like I was talking about earlier with nuts. They're so caloric that for me, because I'm trying to lose lots of weight, they aren't worth it. I still eat peanut butter though...
Maybe I should cut it, y'know? I'd lose more weight eating apples raw than with peanut butter as I do now. maybe it's time...
I think that looks like sitting on the Sandwich (Fence) Doc. That's what's going on! PS I am quite liking over the road!
