It's another one of those Let's-Make-Something-Up-Since-There's-No-Real-Holiday-Or-Observance-Today days.

Best Friends Day? Really? That's all they got? Sure, it's the "29th" birthday of a distant friend today for me. From Bristol, CT (the ESPN one) and now lives in Virginia. So many people I have chatted with here in 13 years. Gives me a good excuse to look into the archives again!

 

I couldbt remeber door dash. I didnt know if grub hub delivered.
Ive never used them either. Occasionally i order pizza from a local place but thats about it

 

I was SO disappointed!
Many of our stores are still shut! Grrrrr

 

Ned Lamont was gonna open that stuff on June 20th. The governor then decided to move it up a bit to lessen the conflict with Father's Day on the 21st. My other state I care about, Maine, is only allowing in-state residents at their hotels until the 30th. I really hope it opens wide, since roughly 1 of every 6 jobs there is connected to tourism in some way. Ayuh!

it is s tough call knowing when to reopen things. As i am a recluse any way everything being closed hasnt effected me much. But the economy and unemployment is going to take years to rebuild

Yes i am a reclusive introvert. I would be more open if the world wasn't full of prudes.
I think we were due for some change in the world i hope this virus makes people reevaluate what is important in life. Like life is short amd if you find somthing enjoyable do it as long as you arent psychically harming anyone

Online am am also extroverted just IRL i cant stand many people. Thats why online i am so willing to post myself nude. if i could be nude and myself in public i might be more outgoing

@Candy Gal : I stay with a friend of 31 years. I do eat and buy a couple things when I can. One major thing holding me back are two old utility bills from my prior address. The two together come to 4 digits. Can't start fresh on my own if those aren't zeroed out.
