I was good yesterday about doing my exercise. I jogged 6.4 km instead of 3.2 (4 miles in total, two separate sessions of 2...). It's nice, I think I can keep doing it, and it makes weight loss a little easier. It's been a challenge to get motivated about jumping jacks in the morning though. And giving up peanut butter is proving to be more difficult than I imagined. :yum: I told my girlfriend that I would stop eating it now, and that has helped. It makes me focus more each time I touch or think of that jar... :D

I can't imagine not liking the stuff... :yum:
But you when I was little, I just couldn't get excited about it. My mom tried to send it in my lunch in 1st or 2nd grade, and I had to tell her "Mom I don't like peanut butter" or something. I wouldn't eat it.

    Lol! Maybe! :)

I remember in that first or second grade class, many lunches had peanut butter sandwiches in them. you could smell it. I didn't like it at all then, but now if I'm having an apple (which I do several times a day...) you can bet I'm thinking about peanut butter! :D

We have strawberry fields. Where I live it's major strawberry producer. There are stands out in the fields where you can buy the big flats of them with several little baskets filled.

I heard though strawberries are notorious for absorbing pesticides. :( For that reason it was recommended to me to only eat organic strawberries. I don't eat them if they're not, and since my family is sort of frugal when it comes to groceries, if I want organic it's on me. & I never buy strawberries, or haven't yet. I should do that. Seek out some organic strawberries for my fam... :sunglasses:

Well, I buy organic ones, I never knew there were different types. They are easy to grow.

    I give up!
I wanted to fly to Dublin this Tuesday.
It seems that because it is Southern Ireland, we would need to self isolate on arrival?? Yet NI not?
    All too confusing!
I will go to Eastbourne instead.

I'm waiting to hear back from an embassy about travel. I want to go visit my girlfriend at some point, however at present our state department "advises" against travel; though flights are still coming and going. I'm sure I don't understand... Lol.

Perhaps it's so that people who have been there can get back here, or vice versa. At any rate, there's a Level 4 advisory; which is the highest level of advisement. It specifically states "Do Not Travel". So I'm on hold with travel on the backburner for the foreseeable future.

You should try the North - whilst it may be a bit Stark - the scenery can be quite stunning

I know this is frustrating for you.
    Updates happen all the time.
But it is for your safety. X
