Was a founder member of a neighbourhood Law Centre, I used to provide representation at Industrial Tribunals for many employees. I didn't win everyone, but I certainly won more than I lost and yes, I, and my respective clients were delighted to see some arrogant, rude, bullying toerag brought down by having to pay significant compensation to my respective clients.
