the creep who pretended to hire me tried to open a cellular account with my info, credit, social security number, etc. Luckily AT&T (American multimedia corporation - think phone, internet, cable, etc.) peppers you with snail mail. They mailed me something thanking me, and now I'm slapping him with fraud allegations. smh..

Yeah, but my credit is frozen right now, which is fine. I have a fraud alert with the credit bureau, so they will contact me if he tries to open anything/borrow money.

Yes! I got very anxious and went to the bank too. That's where they said, "You should really reallly close your account." So I did and texted him that I could no longer be of service. He emailed the next day after I closed the CitiBank account he opened with my info, "where's my money" or something.

Yeah. the officer I talked to this morning gave me an identity theft pamphlet.

 

You will need to change everything that you can.
I know how you feel, I had my handbag snatched once. They were pretending to be me all over the place.
It is very stressful.

 

I've been pretty vigilant so far. With the fraud alert active there isn't a whole lot he can do but wait for it to expire. I don't think I'll ever feel like my identity is safe again though. I need a new social is what I need...

Yea, I don't think I can get a new one.


She's fine. She studies a lot now that her semester has begun. She's studying international business or something like that. And I love her. I told her so today. We have a challenge with the distance and the language though. But I told her... it doesn't have to slow us down. We are strong and one day we can be together.

It's fine. And the times it feels hollow and cold I just remember that she loves me and I love her and then I feel her warmth like sunlight in the summer or a fire at night... I like her.
