Corn and Rice Chex don't have a lot of sugar, but when you get into the sweetened ones like Honey Chex or Chocolate Chex you're pushing it. Same with Honey Nut Cheerios instead of regular Cheerios, Cocoa Crispies instead of Rice Crispies, Frosted Flakes instead of regular Corn Flakes, etc.

If they're boneless chicken breasts then sure, just cut them up and throw them in a stew. If they're bone-in then it's a hassle cutting them up, I would just bread them and bake them.

Stuffed pork roast for me tonight, with mashed potatoes, green string beans, apple sauce, and fresh rolls. Gravy, too, of course!
And yes, they're getting ridiculous with the cereal. There are about a dozen kinds of Cheerios now, including banana, chocolate, frosted, honey nut, apple cinnamon, ad nauseum. Far from the familiar yellow box of my childhood!

I took a piece of Pork from my freezer yesterday, and roasted it with some potatoes, parsnips and carrots, heated some sweetcorn in the saucepan with a big knob of butter and made some onion gravy. Followed it with the remains of the mincemeat fruit loaf I made on Friday.

There are some recipes on the web, or you could just add the peppers to your regular chicken stew recipe, maybe add some Spanish rice. Enjoy!
