Not the radiator. A cooling unit? I dunno, something that cools the engine I suppose. =p and it was a major major service which added up.

I discussed with a friend and he says it sounds legit. Maybe not the price, he doesn't know... Pay what they say if I want my car fixed I guess. I don't have the patience to ring around and there's not too many places to really go to in this town and I can't really drive it into München the way it is. -shrug-

After getting my Crown Vic, I am a Crown Vic lover for life. I just had her serviced last week and of course she was fine, it was time for regular maintenance/service.

If I could get any kind of new car I wanted, I'd want another Crown.

 

I went to bed super early last night...and woke up before dawn.

So, I got a head start on today...NOT :rofl: I got in this dang computer so as to get a head start on my new and improved internet addiction.

I hadn't even made any firecrackers yet.

We have physical therapy today. The next doc's appt is Feb 26th and we are going to try and get him to let that physical therapy be just once a week. I think Mama is really doing well with that arm. She didn't have full range of motion of that arm prior to breaking it, so it makes me nervous when they get to pulling it all kinds of ways in PT. When I've told them there wasn't a rull range of motion to start with, they look at me and smile and nod their heads and pay me relatively no attention.

Mama doesn't pay me a lot of attention when I tell her stuff either.

I spend a lot of time thinking I may as well be pissing in the wind (as to talk to some people).

That was my experience with PT people as well. "Just sit there quietly and watch" kind of thing.

I dated a girl who's grandmother had a stroke and had to go through insane amounts of PT and OT so we'd occasionally go to the nursing home and sit through PT and OT sessions with her.

i actually dreampt that my mom was telling me/ asking me something for the third or fourth time. i even get frustrated with her in my sleep, man. it makes me feel bad. i do tell her in real life if shes repeating herself. she often calls because she hasnt talked to me in SO long, even when its only been a day or two.

i got a whopping 4 hours of sleep last night, but hubby let me nap for a long time yesterday afternoon. so this morning i got up, got the boy off to school, moved some tulips and did some dishes. oh, and transferred a load of laundry. i want a nap, but i feel good about getting stuff done.
more laundry to do, and more dishes, and have to decide on something for dinner. there are big projects id like to do, but i have to get the smaller ones out of the way first.

big kid has a list to follow now, morning, afternoon, and evening. its going to take awhile for him to adjust and build the habit, but he is doing much better, and the teacher is also doing lists with him at school. hes staying on task and getting his work done and turned in. small progress.

Car was 400€ less to fix. Just labor added up as gearbox needed to be dropped for the repairs. All good, rabbit is purring along now.
