Long Distance Relationship?

It can work. But it is hard!

 

it can work and it is for me. we were together till mid june...she went back to france...10 weeks apart..than we lived together for about a month until a week ago..I am going to see her in december for 3 and a half weeks and we will stay at her place...than she is going to see if she can get an extended vacation in april to see me..than our group (we have some mutual friends) wants to see europe this summer all together. i am gonna buy a ticket for mid july to mid august...and than she will get a ticket for mid august to late september to come back with me. than she goes back to school in early october. thats how far we have planned. so really, it takes planning. it takes being realistic. we have not sugar coated anything, we have discussed the difficulties and know this will be tough but still want it! address possible problems, nip them in the butt, don't be naive ....and with that said, it can work. because no relationship regardless of distance is all smiles all the time. but working through the bumps makes it incredible when you figure out you still want it.

 

So just an update. Everything is going good besides a few trust issues here and there but I think thats all settled(for now). Now she is waiting for me to get a job and move down there so we can get an apt together. I'm not going anywhere with my life anyway i stopped going to school in the 8th grade and picked up on computer technology so I guess this will be taking a first step in a new life(which i need). Finding a job is a bitch.

 

If you think it will work. It will. If you have any doubts, with time the doubts will grow. Keep a clear mind set as possible. Its not easy, its not impossible and its a great way of showing eachother how much you want one and other. If you pass the test, it means you can pretty much face anything together.
