Long lasting anxiety/depression - the best/worst RCs?

    Try ketamine and small doses of amt a day ( 5-10 mg )

    I intend to do that, though I don't yet have amt.

    Advising someone to use an RC every day is ridiculous. Do you have any idea what the long term effects of using a-MT every day are? The answer is no and neither does anyone else.

    To the OP, I'd recommend talking to your doctor and telling him the the meds he's given you aren't working for you and see if he'll put you on something else.
    Something introspective like mushrooms, mescaline or LSD may be able to help you get to the root of what's causing your depression and help you overcome it. If you're on SSRIs then the effects will be much weaker so you'll have to take a bigger dose.

    Yea I've been telling my doctor that for years that's why I've been trying different meds. Mushrooms work somewhat and I am looking to try mescaline or LSD.
